Renew, Update and stop the discrination in the current Rules. I have chronic systemic - "Sjogrens Syndrome" and it is a very serious chronic auto-immune and connective tissue disease affecting at least 2 million plus American citizens. We need this specific disease of 'Sjogrens Syndrome' recognized and to be listed. Also, it is absolutely mandatory that "Medically Necessary Dental/Oral Health Care" be covered!!! It has been immoral and discriminatory to not cover Medically Necessary Dental (crowns, etc.) by Medicare and other insurance programs. This is already in violation of our civil, ADA, Disability, and human rights. Let us all hope that this wrong can be made known and included in new Rules to protect 'all' , not just some of the millions of seriously afflicted with systemic auto-immune and connective tisuue related dis-eases.
